Our team
We are known for our creativity, technical expertise and innovative approach to engineering. We have a strong, flexible and fully commited team to face the most challenging projects. Our flat size and structure results in experienced engineers leading and delivering every project, meaning all the management decisions follow our engineering work and not the other way around. We believe the best decisions are made by the people who actually do the work and understand the entire design process, therefore we promote a self-organizing team without micro-managing.
